Buyers with placed orders, multi-supplier parcels, sample purchases, small replenishment runs or marketplace buying that need China warehouse fulfillment, basic QC, consolidation and international shipping.
China order fulfillment with QC photos from supplier dispatch to international shipping
Not for counterfeit, IP-infringing, prohibited, hidden sensitive or misdeclared goods, or requests where warehouse handling is expected to replace lab testing, deep inspection or warranty decisions.
Prepare order references, product links, supplier details, quantity, variants, color/size, destination, consolidation needs, QC needs, FBA/DDP status and cargo attributes.
JTLGO checks receiving records, parcel count, basic QC photos, visible wrong/damaged/spec-mismatch items, consolidation feasibility, carton measurements, fee boundary and shipping route.
Proof can include order records, supplier dispatch records, warehouse intake records, basic QC photos, consolidation records, dispatch invoice, tracking events and support messages.
Choose the right order fulfillment path
| Order state | Recommended action | Prepare first |
|---|---|---|
| You only have product links, not paid yet | Start with China buying or procurement review | Links, variants, quantity, color/size, supplier notes and destination |
| Supplier has shipped to warehouse | Move to fulfillment and basic QC photos | Parcel tracking number, order notes, supplier details and QC concerns |
| Several supplier parcels ship together | Use consolidation, standard repacking and dispatch review | Parcel list, waiting orders, target carton or split-carton needs |
| Amazon FBA is needed | Check FNSKU, carton labels, carton count, FBA prep and delivery requirements | Warehouse code/address, labels, SKU quantity, carton data and receiving rules |
| QC and consolidation are complete | Move to Rate & Ship or manual route review | Carton count, gross weight, L/W/H, cargo attributes, destination and postal code |
China order fulfillment with QC photos workflow
- Buyer sends product links, order notes, supplier details or parcel tracking numbers
- Supplier ships to the JTLGO China warehouse, where order, parcel and receiving status are recorded
- Warehouse takes basic photos of outer package, product front and visible variant/color/quantity checks
- Buyer confirms whether to wait for more parcels, consolidate, standard repack, relabel or split cartons
- JTLGO checks final carton count, gross weight, L/W/H, cargo attributes and destination data
- Fee boundaries are prepared for general cargo, DDP, FBA, express, air, sea or manual-review routes
- After invoice confirmation and payment, JTLGO dispatches goods and provides tracking or support-review paths
Manual review triggers
- Orders contain batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, cosmetics, food, branded-sensitive, fragile, auto-parts, machinery or oversized goods
- FBA prep, DDP, target carton sizes, relabeling, split cartons, pallets, wood crating, detailed inspection or long-term storage is needed
- Supplier dispatch is incomplete, parcel count is unclear, specs conflict, visible damage appears or items conflict with order notes
- Destination, postal code, address type, FBA warehouse, final carton data, customs data or receiver requirements are unclear
- Buyer needs staged payments, combined invoice, replacement handling, return communication or exception support review
What basic QC photos usually confirm
Shows visible damage, compression, moisture marks or parcel-count issues.
Confirms that the received item is visibly the right product category, not a completely wrong item.
Provides basic visible checks against order notes; complex specs still need buyer or supplier confirmation.
Checks whether relabeling or FBA prep orders have the next-step data ready.
Wrong item, shortage, visible damage or packing issues can be recorded for supplier communication.
How fulfillment and shipping costs are separated
Supplier product cost, China domestic freight, replacement, return or supplier-side packing costs.
Product value up to USD 500 has a USD 10 service fee; product value above USD 500 is charged at 3%.
Standard workflow includes basic QC photos, consolidation, standard repacking and up to 30 days storage.
Target carton sizes, split cartons, relabeling, pallets, wood crating, detailed inspection, FBA prep or long-term storage need separate confirmation.
Confirmed by measured weight, volumetric weight, carton data, cargo type, destination, route and final-mile requirements.
Fulfillment, QC and compliance boundary
Order fulfillment can connect warehouse receiving, basic QC, consolidation, dispatch and tracking, but it is not a supplier guarantee, product warranty, lab test or legal due diligence.
Basic QC photos are visible checks, not full inspection, functional testing, teardown testing, certification review or third-party inspection.
DDP, consolidation, repacking or low service fee does not remove customs rules. Item name, quantity, value, brand/IP status and destination requirements still need accurate confirmation.
Do not hide, misdeclare or mix restricted goods as a substitute for manual review. Restricted cargo should be reviewed before warehouse consolidation and dispatch.
China order fulfillment with QC photos FAQ
How is order fulfillment different from buying agent support?
Buying agent support focuses on purchase and payment. Order fulfillment focuses on what happens after supplier dispatch: receiving, basic QC photos, consolidation, invoice, shipping and tracking.
Do basic QC photos include functional testing?
No. Basic QC usually means visible checks of outer package, front product photo and variant/color/quantity. Functional testing, detailed inspection or third-party checks must be confirmed separately.
Can multiple platform or supplier orders be fulfilled together?
They can be reviewed for consolidation. Feasibility depends on parcel count, size, weight, fragility, restricted-cargo status, packing condition and route compatibility.
When can final international shipping cost be confirmed?
Usually after warehouse receiving, basic QC, consolidation and measured carton weight/dimensions. Before intake, JTLGO can only provide route-risk screening or working estimates.
What happens if the warehouse finds wrong or damaged goods?
JTLGO can organize order records and basic QC photos and help communicate with the supplier. Returns, replacement, compensation and timing depend on supplier rules and the actual case.
